(PS. The manager also made a false statement a week ago. I came here and looked at the exact same truck and he told me that the truck started at 23k and he could work with us from their. Truck was 27k and non-negotiable.)

This is my second time to buy from Big Country Ford. I could't be more pleased. The people I meet each time, are so helpful and friendly, from the people who answer the phone when I call, to the service department (Richard DeAnda), and the man (Joe Tharp) who does the paper work, he is very nice and very patient, I ask a lot of questions, and he very patiently stops and answers them. I went back to the same salesman, (why wouldn't I) he is very nice and so helpful. Thank you again Jodie Miller. My friend. Oh and by the way I am so thankful for my car! Love It.
Nice folks, but i do not recommend. Brought in a car earlier to trade in for a truck. We were comparing with a more local dealership and figured they could match it. At Big Country we found a 2013 f150 that we were comparing to a 2014 f150 back home. At home they offered to do 25 on the truck and around 5k on the car for trade in. At big country they wanted 27-28k for the older truck and only offered to do 4k on the car. They would not budge even the slightest. We have done business there before and actually have purchased 2 vehicles but obviously that didn't matter. Car would easily sell for 7-7.5k (which is what the guy back home said.) and they gave us a worse deal on an older truck. Only reason i give them a 2 star is because they were nice. But obviously they didn't want our business because it was kind of take it or leave it. If you are new car shopping im sure they are pretty good, but if you are looking for a used car or want to trade one in, look elsewhere because they obviously do not drop prices.
