Sat here for two hours while they changed my cars oil. No lie, I dropped off my car and walked across the street to do some shopping and when I came back they hadn't touched it. I actually sat in the lobby and watched their tech eat his lunch, converse with buddies and take several personal phone calls before he even looked at my car. Very, very unprofessional. Perhaps that's why I was the only customer in here.. should have known. The front desk lady is nice but I will NEVER visit this establishment again.
Extremely helpful. I call first and even over the phone they helped with everything. They got us in and out and the service manager explained things for us (new car). The receptionist was also really helpful with all questions. Definitely using them again!
Awful they charged me 88 dollars to tell me a few things wrong with just the right front wheel of my car. They didn't check any of the rest of my car or tell me they were going to charge me anything when I took it in. I asked if they would tighten my axle nut is all I asked for and they kept my car for 6 hours. Not satisfied and rude customer service.
