No office, nobody willing to take responsibility. Other reviewers must be family or receiving kickback. HEED MY WARNING!!!
Just had a 40 year old unit replaced. Rob and his team were timely and professional. I had to reschedule the installation due to personal matters and 1-Stop were able to accommodate my needs despite the inconvenience for them. The installation was done quickly and I am incredibly happy with the results.
