Mr. Seymour and his assistant Sarah were both very helpful and informative with my case and I received a more than favorable outcome. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a good attorney.

** AS OF 9/18/17: Aaron has NOT returned nor has his office sent me communication like he told me through text. The board has been officially notified. He is NOT recommended!!!!! Find another attorney!!!

I recently hired Aaron Seymour after he came to me showing interest in my case. The way he spoke about the case made me think he was the attorney for my guardianship case. I already had an attorney prior that did ALL of the leg work, but because we had to change attorneys due to conflict of interest, ALL of the information and paperwork was given to Aaron Seymour. Not only did he NOT have my family's best interest, he never called me at the times he would say. The other parties had already heard the "plan" from their attorney in the morning and I did not know anything until 5ish in the afternoon when I had called earlier that day, morning to be exact. He said he would would call me in 15-20 minutes but he really meant, 5-6 hours. This case is time sensitive. When we did finally speak, he proposed mediation and claimed that we would "have take a bone if we want to throw a bone." Any good attorney would NOT subject their paying clients to bad practice of law. First of all, this is guardianship case where 2 families are battling each other where a judge signed off on wrong papers that is technically void because protocol was not followed. So mediation??? Um, no! Then, he proceeds to make a racial comment that he told the other parties attorney when they spoke, "Mexicans all help each other out even if they are fighting!" If making a derogatory racial remark is all he came up with to defend us, then he obviously doesn't know how to battle. Whether he meant that in a positive manner or not, using racial slurs such as that is not ethical in the board of law. Not to mention, the "Mexicans" he THOUGHT he was referring are actually Caucasian. I decided to let him go as my attorney, as he was NOT the attorney for my family. I paid $2,500 for the retainer fee and now I can't get him call me back to refund me my money. I am reporting him to the board of law. He was hired for 3 days, and he wants to keep my money for what? Playing bad attorney? I do NOT recommend him.
