I agree that calling this number is a total waste of time. It's impossible to get to a real live person.
I would give zero stars if I could. Don't bother to call, after 10 minutes of bouncing from menu to menu you get put out on hold for "at least 20minutes". They clearly have no intention or desire to help you and would prefer you don't even try to call. Classic example of everything that wrong with govt institutions. What a joke.

I was on hold for 24 minutes out of a 26 minute phone call. And my answer was only partially helpful, as it didn't pertain to THIS DPS office.
