Might I add, we have rented a storage unit here before years ago and it was a pleasure. A rude, unprofessional "person" can ruin a business and ruin potential customers wanting to do business. We will NEVER come back here and we will be sure to pass the word along to our friends and families to avoid this place unless you want to be overcharged and disrespected.
Lease discrepancies are a huge issue with this fraudulent place. The manager is rude and doesn't like the fact of an observant person noticing the discrepancies in the lease. She is highly sarcastic and doesn't maintain a professional appearance. We had to report them to the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) for charging us late fees even when the due date fell on a national holiday, New Years! Take your stuff else where and avoid these crooks that should be drug tested regularly.
This place is horrible. I requested an apartment asap. Paid 381 for a deposit and the apartment should be ready on the first which was like 9 days until the first. I continually called to check on the apartment and I got approved.My credit score was immediately effected due to the check on my credit. No one ever called me back to update me. The management and the maintenance people quit and no one was working on my apartment so I could move in. When I did get ahold of them they said they didn't know anything and might be ready the next week. This went on over a month and then finally called a month later and said it still wasn't ready but would be soon. This is when I told them I'm no longer interested I had to find a place asap not months later. They refused to give my deposit back or give me the managers number so I could talk to her directly. I am very upset and will be filing charges on theft on them. They have no right doing business in this town!

Haven't even lived here a month and I have a year lease and I'm already ready to be out! The managers change the rules and regulations faster than a person can blink. No pets, then pets allowed "never states how many" we sign the lease, they now change it too " only two pets allowed" when it was never stated how many where allowed, they led us to believe that we could have as many dogs as we wanted as long as we payed, and they knew we had three dogs. They just wanted to wait till after we signed the lease to let us know we couldnt have three dogs. I have lived in two apartment complexes and never had issues like I do with the ladies that run this place. I can not wait to be out in a year and find a place that realizes we have rescue animals that have already had a horrible start in life and that we can't just give away. We are very fortunate to have family that will let our baby "who is fully grown and weighs less than five pounds" live with them until we can get out of here. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is a pet owner' lover or rescuerer.
Horrible. Wouldn't ever go there. My lease was up in march and now they are calling me saying they will take me to court. Over nothing. Maintance was horrible. Worse place I've ever lived.
