The young man that took my order was great I think his name is Josh he is a very hard worker and loves his job way to go for a 16 yr old young man
Horrible... place was dirty... floor greasy.. ordered a bucket with 8 pieces, asked for 5 original and 3 crispy... girl said it only let's them put 4 and 4 on register, asked if that was ok... finally she asked the other girl putting chicken in bucket if that's possible??? REALLY???... then we couldn't tell difference between original and crispy... it was all greasy no crust to any of it.. wont go back
Found a salad that sounded good. Went there for a salad. This location doesn't have salads. The strips tasted funny and we're just ok. They didn't have ketchup.
Visited on 5/5/2017, waited 30 minutes for our food, then they asked what we ordered and brought mine to me. They then told us they had already given my wife her food and we had to tell them that no they had not. After bringing my wife's food the employee said the manager requested to see the receipt and took it to show the manager and never brought it back. The manager kept looking at us like we were trying to get food without paying for it. Will be avoiding it for a while now. Only reason 2 stars is because we do like the food there but it is not worth the terrible service.
Horrible service. After waiting over an hour for my order the girl shorted me three sides and four biscuits. The chicken was under cooked and they gave me a neck as one of my pieces. When I went in to tell the girl they had shorted me three sides and half my biscuits she was rude and did not give me the rest of my order. We ended up just throwing it away. The biscuits were rock hard and the chicken was under cooked, including the neck.
