We walked in and employees were standing there just looked at us and continued talking like we weren't there. I literally said hello and then she jumped like we scared her like she didn't see us come in. Then she walked by saying she had to get the

manager because she wasn't going to be two things. Drive thru and front counter. The manager wasn't professional. She answered the store phone while we were ordering and I assume the customers said there was hair in their food because She said there was hair in your food. That's really unprofessional and our children being hungry was the only reason we didn't leave. We are traveling and in town for a few days. Yelling from the front to back. Another employee was drinking her drink at the front counter jus standing there looking at us while we ordered. Didn't see name tags. From what I seen the shift manager(didn't get her name) shouldn't be a manager No eye contact at all. she didn't push the employees to get the food out and she wasn't making the employees work. Took twenty minutes to get our food and there wasnt anybody in the store but us. Ill be calling and talking to the GM in the morning.
Call me crazy, screaming manager who uses that title isn't exactly to make a happy place. Maybe she's always like that but me along with about 5 other people were just looking at each other in shock. And my daughter got her fries but not the chicken nuggets that came with.... easy fix just had to listen to the screaming a little more
I avoid this McDonald's as much as possible. They somehow have managed to give me the wrong food almost EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I ordered specifically two sausage McGriddles and it says so on my receipt. I get home and I have two McMuffins. This happens EVERY TIME.
Had a great experience here- the manager on duty and the cashier were really friendly, food was ready promptly, and the restaurant was clean.
