This past weekend a few friends and I were out there camping. Awesome, awesome time and service. The camp area is perfect for campfires and cook outs. The tenting area was cut down so nicely. Lisa and Gino were there for all of our questions and needs if needed. Thanks again flat rock for the time, it was awesome and will be back soon!
My family and I went here over the weekend for the first time in a few years. The owners are really nice people, and made it a great time for everyone. Gino and Lisa were a great help, and made us feel welcome. They are genuine people who aren't in it for the money, but just wanting families to have the best possible time. There are going to be more new improvements to the park over the summer, so we will be going back very often. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a great time with friends and family.
Very nice park! We had multiple problems on our trip, none of which were related to the park, and they went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. Everyone we met was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay there again and recommend you give it a try if looking for a fun lake spot.
This is THE BEST place on Lake Brownwood! The only place to RV, tent camp, fish, swim, cook out, rent kayaks, launch a boat and play sand volleyball all in one location. The new owners and managers (Jack & Pam, Gino & Lisa) have worked incredibly hard to make Flat Rock very beautiful! Also, the store and restaurant are open now. What an amazing place!
My family met there last weekend for a reunion. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and did everything possible to make sure we had what we needed. The park looks fabulous! The RV spaces are spread out so that you have plenty of room and feel like you have the park to yourself. Beautiful view of the lake, great fishing dock, very reasonable rates! I highly recommend this park!
