Very disappointed! Waiting room is always packed and the way its set up is very uncomfortable. The nurses are pretty nice but all of the receptionist are very rude, except 1 lady but the rest of them are unhappy and rude each time we go in. Esepcially one of the ladys who comes to the front sometimes i think she deals with the insurance. Dr hull does not listen to what you say and will cut you off mid sentence, he assumes all children are the same and each childs condition is alike and everything seems to be a bother to him when you have consernes and questions about your child. Every time you ask to see another dr you get rude comments. Dr hull and the receptionists are the reason i will never return to brownwood pediatrics. Weve switched drs and couldnt be happier.
Staff is nice and professional. Always packed and overbooked most days. We could really use a another kids doctors office here
I have been trying to reach a doctor for 3 days on the 30min phone schedules that we keep getting from your office and no answer, or busy. Finally get on the phone with someone and then they hang up. Called back to have them be very condescending and rude. The front office staff needs to undergo major re-training in customer service. As of today I still have no results from a kidney test that was ordered stat last week. This quality of patient care is unbelievable and unacceptable anywhere. This is just 1 complaint. I’m not even getting started on the cleanliness of the facility - Discusting!
