Check your warranty on what you get there. They don't honor warranties that are still active but the manufacturer has dropped.
Paula is phenomenal. Informative, friendly and really knows her job. I will go to her every time I need help with my phone.
Had a few issues at this store. I had to make a couple unnecessary return trips back to the location, but my issues were quickly resolved. Overall this location offers great customer service even though it might take a while before you are helped.

This location hands down was very professional for the moment a rep opened the door to all the reps greeting got me in and out real quick fixing my problem I had stoped at the location in sweetwater tx first no one helped and wouldn't just help me with SIM replacement saying sims are only for activations!! So this location in Brownwood worth the long drive!!!!! Thanks
