I'm new at this!! Started out at the 1 in commerce square. I will Never go there again!! The young man didn't seem to know anything had only 1 problem after another!! Really didn't seem to care about anything just a warm body there!! Went to ban cap store and wonderful people and service!!! The people at bam vap are so sweet and helpfull!!! It's the only place I'll do business with!! I only wish I had gone there first.!!!! You really don't feel like you're just another customer there!!! They have a way of making you feel at home !!! So nice friendly and helpful. If you're not in the best mood when you go in it changes before you leave!!! A happy friendly helpful environment!!! A huge hands down to the employees and owers!!! Who really care about you and their products!!! Excellent service and you know they're happy to have you there even if you just were to pop in and say hi !!! The only place to shop and but in Brownwood!!! I love the place !! I don't live in town so it's really important to be able to understand any questions or concerns I have !! They make sure you do !!!

called 13x times no answer at 10:47am, would like to buy a few mods and battery's.. i live 75 miles away no scene driving 75 miles and not knowing if they have what i want, might want too check if the employees are having fun in the back room, PS : UPDATE got a call back, Stated we get calls all day and we can not answer them... customer service is a joke, It is not hard to politely ask the person in-front of you to hold on for a minute and answer a phone.. Business 101
