I was a little worried, because when I cad called to make an appointment the man on the phone was fairly rude and short with me, however the service was excellent! I had Lucie for a deluxe mani with shellac and she is an absolute doll! I'm 7 months pregnant and all kinds of swollen and she was very gentle. Nails turned out perfect and she did a great arm massage!
service was terrible, employees were rude, they rushed my service and it didn't seem like they cared much about my experience
I walked into the salon with high expectations and i got anything but that in return. The service was dull and unimpressive. The employees were rude and undermining and they completely ruined my nails(and i am a male who didn't even get color.) I would give this a no star rating but it wasn't an option. If I had to sum up my experience in one sentence it would be 'You get what you pay for.'
Treated me so poorly, acted as if I wasn't even there.. didn't welcome me and they skipped me 3 times, so I just walked out, I talked to them and told them they skipped me and they just said wait a minute and never came back me
The service was HORRIBLE THEY didn't even notice my girlfriend she was next on the list and they completly skipped her our wait went from 40 minutes to 2 hours but we walked out. I didn't get anything done but treated my girlfriend HORRIBLY do not reccomend... go to inspire
