Don't Know about the Copy side of it, never used it. This however is the greatest barber shop in town. Roland Know you by name after a while and how you like your hair done. Been going to him for years since my grandfather took me and he always does a great job.
I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or not, but I didn't see any reason in her behaving this way.

I had an appointment here today, 18 DEC 14, at 4:30 pm to have my fingerprints taken. As usual, i arrive a tad bit early. I told the young man behind the counter what my reason was for being here. He told me to have a seat that "... she is back there with someone". I was sitting in the waiting chair by 4:25 pm, which is 5 minutes early. Soon another man walked in and was told the same thing as I was. Sometime after 4:30, I'm not sure what time, I didn't look at the clock, a young lady came out from behind the counter and went out the door. Then a lady came from the back room and asked the other man who was waiting to come with her to the back. I didn't say anything. At 4:42 pm another young lady came in and was told the same thing as I and the other man. Finally, at 4:55, 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the other man came from the back room with the lady. He left and she asked "Who's next?". Not knowing who was next on the schedule, I replied "I had an appointment at 4:30." The lady got defensive and raised her voice slightly with a rude tone. She said something about the previous guy needing two sets taken. I then replied "I have to follow the rules, if I don't, then I can't get them (fingerprints) taken". She then said "I am following the rules, and if you want to get smart with me, I don't have to wait on you BUDDY!" I replied with "So now we are calling each other names?" She said "Yes we are". She then turned to the young lady waiting and said "Ma'am, are you ready to come back?"
