Always find the tools I need with the exceptions of light bulbs they almost never have the designed light bulbs my lamps call for
Lastly, KUDOS to the Paint and Lighting associates. Very friendly and always there to help even if it's not their department. Maybe the customer service associates that I had the pleasure of speaking with will take note of the consistent quality of service that the Paint and Lighting department displays to EVERY customer. This location is quite literally hit or miss. That goes for the available products, friendliness of the sales associates, and quality of overall service. I will say that I have noticed the sales associates in all departments have really went out of their way to help anyway they can lately, which is a huge improvement for this location over the last few years. The only customer service complaint I have is with the customer service associates when calling about a general question. 4 out of 5 phone calls to their customer service department have abruptly ended due to disgruntled employees who seem to have missed the concept of customer service as a whole. My suggestion is to LISTEN to what the problem is before jumping to a solution. WE are the customers. Without customers, there's not a business and without a business, there would not be customer service associates to HELP that customer. As difficult as it may be to remain patient with some unpleasant customers, that is the mere foundation for competive businesses. Anyway, I'm not too happy with my experience in calling so I guess I'll just drive to the store to speak with a pleasant, helpful associate who values their customers.
Hime Depot has almost always has what you need its just finding it. Service was not good man helping me got a call on his radio and went to help someone else saw him as i found what i needed another customer buying because no place else.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was asked several times if I needed anything. One of the best Home Depot's I've ever been in. This place is really clean, organized, and well stocked. At least a lot better when compared to all of these warehouse stores!
