TOLD THAT I COULD RETURN THINGS WITH A RECIEPT.... I HAVE MY RECEIPTS BEEN 2 DAYS. A BUNCH OF GAS HEATER PARTS CANNOT USE... WENT RO REYURN AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANT READ THE ITEMS ON RECIEPT AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR A MAN TO COME BACK IN HOURS TO HANDLE IT. RIDICULOUS. I COME IN THIS BROWNWOOD STORE 2 OR 3 XS A WEEK BUT I PROMISE AS SOON AS A MAN SHIWS UP AND I HET MY $$$$ BACK I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

The cashiers demeanor changed when I walked up to the counter to purchase my item. Was really chatty with the older white fellow in front of me and by the time I walked up, I could have sworn I was a leper.
I was in town visiting one of our children and needed a single nut -a 9 cent purchase. Westin came up to me and gave $90 worth of service. I was also able to get a Stihl weeder attachment off the shelf that was back-ordered in Houston for 2 months. Terrific service and product availability!
