I only needed to turn in a paper and apparently, you had to see a caseworker to do that..why even come here, you ask? Because the app refused to upload my paper & it had to be done today.
There is literally no one here...and I've been sitting in the lobby for a little over 15 minutes already..
Sure, I had a whole week for turning in the paper, but it (the paper I had to wait on in the mail) had not arrived by the time I left for the holidays (I even left a day late to see if it would arrive; no such luck) and they are closed on weekends so here I am..waiting to be seen.
I got lost like 6 times... but I made it ....:) good job!
