Decent cable service, $40/night fair price. Overall, I would happily stay again. Owner was very nice to talk to on the phone!!

Nice place to visit. Have nice restrooms and lots of pinic area, there is even an RV park.
This RV park is a perfect week or weekend get away! It is part of a great park next to the river, that has a mile long path to walk. There is a playground at the park for kids and an area where you can eat.
This park is seconds from a United grocery store and minutes from Walmart, Cotton Patch, and McCallister's, if needed.
The wifi is fast and very nice to have since our Verizon service does not work in Brownwood!
The bathrooms are nice and clean.

I am new to traveling in an RV. This is one place that I will definitely come back to. Ross and Giles were great and explained everything you needed to know before you even arrive. Level, Grass, River, Trees, Park, Quite, Close to everything, not sure what else you could ask for? 5 Stars and I will be back.
All pull through level sites with asphalt, clean and new. Didn't even unhook the jeep. Right next to a park and bayou.
If you want to grill, you must bring your own.
Bathrooms not heated but spacious and clean. (Didn't need to use their facilities, just an observation)
There is a shower bathroom combo so one person at a time which is great. Only downside is there is only one men's and one women's.
