They are slow at getting things fixed you have to stay on them until it gets done or do it yourself and turn in receipts
Trailer Park with the owners selling run down Trailers to people who rent to own. My brothers is falling apart, cabinets coming off the walls, no heat. Slumlords.

Beautiful community with a excellent and friendly staff. My family has seen this become a family oriented community which is great because we are now close to the best schools in town. This mobile home park has even helped me own my home through their rent to own programs. I am very happy with my decision to move here last year.
