Been having reunions here for last 4 years. New owners cleaned up the rooms great. Service is getting our reservations correct and being accommodating part of that. Owners have attitude and poor organization skills.
We stay here every thanksgiving near family and always enjoy it.
The staff was super friendly & always accommodating!! When they say they are pet friendly they mean it! I enjoyed my stay, & if I ever have to stay in Brownwood again I will definitely be staying here!
It's ok the staff is kind of rude thinking their lunch is more important then my service i mean hello I'm paying you to stay there the least you can do is help me when i cal the office and not complain about how long it's taking you to eat.
Found a roach in our room. Not in the best neighborhood. Staff was rude and housekeeping has sticky fingers. Complained about stragglers on the property from the neighbohood behind it messing with our car in the parking lot and the housekeeping only to get attitude from the manager. Stay at your own risk. Property needs serious upkeep. Never any breakfast.
