Just trying to book the lady answering was rude and cursed "f.... You" very unprofessional.

By far the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are small, run down, old and out dated. The rooms are over priced to the extreme. To add to it's overall poor quality I've just moved the Knight inn hotel in Brownwood to the number one spot for the worst customer service experience of my life. They are rude to their paying customers and could care less if you are dissatisfied with their services. Oh and this is the best part... You better have your key turned in before 11am the check out time... If you don't they are calling your room phone at 11am on the DOT harassing you about knowing check out time is 11am so why aren't you at the desk right now turning your key in as they threaten to charge you an additional $20 for extending your 11am check out time... Absolutely ridiculous... I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!
